YOUR HOST
Hello! I love to hold space for mindfulness through tea ceremony and sound baths. I created London Tea Club (2012-2019) to provide a unique and personalized tea experience.
Since moving back to California, I've been running Temecula Retreat House - sanctuary for guests to find community, healing, and inspiration.
I aim to educate and inspire tea-lovers about the rich history, culture and spirit of tea. I have been sharing tea & sound at retreats and am now offering private sessions at my residence in Encinitas.
