Our morning begins with meditation, tea ceremony
and a simple picnic under the Oak trees.
Explore the world of folk herbalism with Celena, who will guide us on a plant walk and show us new ways to use plant medicine in our self care practices.
Enjoy our self care stations, including yoni and face steam, flower baths, crystal biomat and more.
Afternoon integration includes a shamanic sound bath, water therapy in the salt pool and jacuzzi,
and time in nature to rest.
Let us end the day together with a
home-cooked meal and closing circle.
